Integration Guide for Support Board 3.5.7

1) Prerequisites

- Make sure you have installed and activated LiveSmart Video Chat and installed and activated Support Board Chat v.3.5.7

- More information on how to install and setup Support Board Chat you can find here:

- Make sure you have enabled cURL module for your PHP.

2) Integration

- Once you have installed both systems, you can do a backup of your Support Board Chat files. Then you can replace files from extensions/supportboard/3.5.7 in your Support Board Chat folder.

- Then login with your admin account to Support Board Chat admin panel and go to Settings - Miscellaneous, find LiveSmart Settings and fill in the URL where you have installed LiveSmart. For example if Support Board Chat is here https://yourdomain.com/supportboard and LiveSmart is https://yourdomain.com/video, in the LiveSmart URL field, fill in https://yourdomain.com/video
